Bell4Branding Limited operates a 14 day return policy. All items must be returned within 14 days of being received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item may be returned for either exchange or refund.
Where appropriate the item must not have been worn other than to test for size/fitting. We will not accept items back in anything other than the condition received, even if subsequently cleaned.
Items must include the original packaging and labels/swing tickets.
Unless there is a manufacturing fault, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Where an item is being returned for a refund or exchange due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility until the item is received. Subsequently, the cost of postage will be refunded to you. For any returns due to manufacturing faults or receipt of an incorrect item due to an error by Bell4Branding Limited, the mode/cost of return must be discussed and agreed on with Bell4Branding Limited before you pay for any postage for any returns.
We are unable to accept any returns of 'Special Order/Customised' items. Any items classes as 'Special Order/Customised' will be clearly identified before sale and exempt from the 14 day return policy.
If you are returning an item for an exchange, you are responsible for the postage costs of the new item. Contact Bell4Branding Limited to determine the postage costs of your new item and payment options.
Include your order number, name, address and contact information when returning an item.
