Our Year in Review and What’s on Tap for 2019 
What a fantastic year 2018 has been for Bell4Business! We’ve been able to grow and help even more small businesses in Hull, East Yorkshire, and North Lincolnshire. We’re excited to have been the solution and choice for companies that need assistance with auxiliary services like marketing, bookkeeping, and admin tasks—so they can focus on bringing in new business and serving their current clients. 
Our growth has resulted in growth for lots of our clients, and we’re proud to be a part of any business’ success.  
As we close the books on 2018, here’s what we accomplished................... 
With so many great achievements, it’s hard to only highlight a few! 
January: Marked our third year in business since beginning as a solopreneur and began the process to expand and take on new team members. 
February: Eve Sarris joined the team. Establishing her skills and value to the team from the start, Eve have proved herself extremely diligent, knowledgeable, adaptable and above all else a kind and caring personality. 
March: We added new services to our portfolio, including debtor chasing. This service in particular has proved extremely popular and we have been successful in reducing our client’s debtors’ overall value of debt and continue to improve payment lead times. 
April: Spring sprang up and helped push this month as one of the most valuable with new client acquisition. 
May: Director Louise Bell was elected to another term as Treasurer of the Humber Landlords Association and has served on the committee for 12+ years. 
June: Participated in the Bizweek hosed by Hull & Humber Chambers, where we met lots of business leaders and owners. 
July: Defined new business targets and had further meaningful conversations with the businesses we met at Bizweek. 
August: Began helping businesses with GDPR compliance clean up their CRMs. 
September: Connor Docherty joins the team and immediately becomes a firm favourite with clients. He puts his savvy skills to good use and works with our social media clients. 
October: Work with several bookkeeping clients, as sole-traders are seeking self-assessment returns for January! This also includes a huge increase of the dreaded "receipts intake from carrier bag" all neatly arranged and stored into a software or spreadsheet format. 
November: Celebration is in order, as November of 2018 is the highest month in revenue for the company to date. 
December: Enquiries for social media strategy are received, and new discussions take place, looking forward to the New Year. 
What Will 2019 Bring? 
Bell4Business is growing, and it’s because of our loyal and amazing clients. We’ve just added to the team again with a third administrative assistant, who has fitted in perfectly and we will announce more in the New Year. 
We plan to move to a new commercial location in the next year again to accommodate the growth. Its true that 2018 has not been all highs, as a team we have experienced some personal lows throughout the year. I'm extremely proud to say, we have pulled together as a team and choose to focus on the positive and continue to support each other and our clients in the only way we know how............ with a smile on our faces.
